La creciente demanda de los consumidores alimentos más nutritivos, ingredientes origen natural y etiquetas limpias está empujando a las industrias cosméticos pasar del uso colorantes artificiales alternativas natural. En este contexto, la industria busca continuamente fuentes estables, con especial interés en vegetales. vibrante biodiversidad que se encuentra el Perú representa una emocionante oportunidad económica. esta revisión, destacamos cultivos peruanos seleccionados excelente potencial para su como aplicaciones industriales, algunas estudian ampliamente otras reciben atención años recientes. El maíz morado, un cultivo nativo región Andes, es rica fuente pigmentos gran estabilidad larga historia diferentes alrededor mundo.
